A: Yes, within one day of placing the order an order may be cancelled, and within 12 days of placing the order a return can be made.
Q: Are there exceptions to your return or cancellation policies?
A: We will try to be accommodating, within reason. But can make no guaranttees.
Q: Do you require buyers to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging?
A. Yes, when at all possible, to avoid damage in shipping.
